We had an amazing family ski break at this hotel, with a perfect location just steps from the slopes. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped for our needs, particularly for cooking meals. While the service was helpful, it sometimes felt a bit overwhelmed during busy hours. The dining experience was enjoyable with great variety, but expect it to get busy during peak times. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with great value for money, and we are eager to return.

This resort offers a fantastic ski-in/ski-out experience which is perfect for families and beginners. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, though it lacked daily cleaning. The ski rental conveniently located on-site makes getting out on the slopes so easy. Unfortunately, the dining experience fell short, especially regarding food allergies and limited options. Overall, it’s a great choice for a casual ski break, but be prepared for aspects that may not feel very luxurious.

The apartment was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a comfortable layout for our family. However, rooms were not cleaned during our entire stay, which was a downside.

The location is fantastic, right next to the ski slopes and rental facilities, which made it easy to hit the slopes promptly each day.
Dining

Dining options were quite limited, especially for those with dietary restrictions. Although the buffet was popular, accessibility to allergy-friendly meals was quite poor.

6.4/10

The hotel has a great location right next to the slopes, making it extremely convenient for skiing. The apartment was spacious and equipped with a kitchen, which was a definite plus for families like ours. However, cleanliness was an issue as the floors were dusty, and we had to wash the dishes before use. The dining experience was disappointing, particularly with the food quality at the Ski-Pub, which was not worth the high prices.

Rooms
6.0
The apartment was spacious with a well-equipped kitchen, which made our stay more comfortable, but it was not nearly as clean as it should have been.
Service

The staff were very friendly and helpful, but we felt there was a lack of knowledge about local attractions and ski-related queries.
Location
9.0
The location is fantastic for skiing, as it is right next to the slopes, allowing easy access without any hassle.
Dining
5.0
Unfortunately, the food at the Ski-Pub was quite disappointing. We found it cold and lacking in quality, not fitting the prices they charged.
Facilities

The facilities were decent with a good ski room, but we were disappointed that access to the spa and pool required an additional fee.

Overall, the hotel offers a wonderful experience for families looking to ski, with clean and spacious accommodations and a fantastic location right next to the slopes. The on-site ski rental and passes made things easy, but the dining options were somewhat repetitive. The indoor/outdoor pools were a highlight, providing a unique and enjoyable way to unwind after a day on the slopes.

Rooms

The apartment we stayed in was spacious and well-presented, providing ample room for our family, complete with a sitting area and kitchen. However, there was no daily cleaning service, which I found a bit inconvenient.
Service

The staff were all very friendly and eager to help, which made for a pleasant stay. However, I noticed that housekeeping could be hit or miss, as we had to request additional supplies.
Location

The hotel's proximity to the ski slopes is fantastic, allowing for easy access to skiing. However, getting to Trysil village for apres-ski can be challenging due to limited bus service.
Dining

The heated indoor/outdoor pools are a unique feature, offering a relaxing experience amidst the snowy surroundings. The spa area was also enjoyable, though it got busy during peak times.
